Sweepr provides a platform for creating and managing online giveaways, competitions, and promotional campaigns. Campaign owners can set up entry actions, collect entries, and draw winners using a verifiable random selection process.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Campaign Owner Responsibilities
Campaign owners are solely responsible for ensuring their giveaways comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including sweepstakes laws, age restrictions, prize fulfilment, and tax obligations. Sweepr provides the platform but does not provide legal advice.
5. Entrant Terms
By entering a campaign, you agree to the specific terms set by the campaign owner. Winners are selected through a verifiable draw process. Entry does not guarantee winning.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Sweepr for illegal activities, fraud, spam, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sweepr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to campaign outcomes, prize disputes, or data loss.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
